PACKAGING AND SHIPPING - The packaging of the items shipped to the customer is free. The items are returned ex-warehouse and the Customer is responsible for the shipping costs which will be added to the invoice.
Shipping via express courier, delivery within 24/48 hours. COSTS: up to 5 Kg. €7.00, up to 10 Kg. €9.00, up to 20 Kg. €11.00 up to 50 Kg. €20.00, over 50 Kg. €25.00. For orders with a taxable amount exceeding €3,000.00 FREE shipping
ADVERTISING PRINTS - Advertising writing can be printed on all items, in the catalog next to each item the minimum quantity and the relative price are indicated including all design, printing and single color or four-colour system and cliché where indicated . EMBROIDERY - On page 57, there are examples and costs of 16-color embroidery up to 4,000-6,000 stitches, increase of €0.02 for every hundred additional stitches. For writing or brands to be embroidered, the embroidery program is free.
When completing the order, please indicate exactly where you would like the requested logo to be embroidered.

SENDING TRADEMARKS AND SETTINGS by post/fax with very clear and large attachments; half file in high resolution .AI,.EPS,.JPG,.PSD,.TIFF,.DOC,.BMP
SAMPLES - At the Customer's request, any item can be sampled with cash on delivery. In case of return, due to lack of satisfaction, a refund will be made within 8 days of receipt. If you order, shipping costs will be reimbursed.
MINIMUM ORDER - No minimum order is imposed, you can also choose JUST ONE PIECE of the items you are interested in at the price shown on the list; the quantity shown next to each item indicates the minimum we can provide you with your print. Requests without a signature or with an illegible signature will not be accepted.
NB: if the colors of the items ordered are not specified, they are normally supplied assorted or in the available colours.
DISCOUNTS - Discounts are intended to be applied only to the cost of the item.
All orders without printing benefit from a 20% discount on the list price and quantity.
the following discounts will be applied to orders with printing:
for orders over €1,500.00 6% discount
for orders over €2,000.00 8% discount
for orders over €3,000.00 10% discount
for orders over €4,000.00 12% discount
The prices indicated in the price list do not include VAT.
The Court of Mondovì has exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.
WARRANTY - All items are guaranteed: in order to improve quality, any slight difference in the style or color of the item, which does not alter the substantial nature of the product, will not be considered a defect. It is specified that the samples reproduced in the catalog serve only to approximately indicate the quality pursuant to art. 1522 2nd paragraph of the Civil Code; if the goods are not to the Customer's satisfaction, they may return them within 8 days of receipt carriage paid and will be reimbursed for the cost incurred, after receipt and inspection of the return (with the exception of printed goods).
PAYMENT – CASH ON DELIVERY, BANK TRANSFER UPON DEPARTURE. By placing an order from the site it is also possible to make payments with the following credit cards: CARTASI, VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA ELECTRON, PAYPAL.

USB sticks are subject, by law, to taxation and therefore taking into account the Ministerial Decree of 30 June 2020 published in the Official Journal General Series no. 195 of 5 August 2020 as well as art. 71-septies of the law of 22 April 1941, n. 633 (GU General Series n.155 of 7-7-2014), for each pen drive we will charge the following SIAE expenses on the invoice:
4 GB = 0.40 euros each
8 GB = 0.80 euros each
16 GB = 1.44 euros each.

We specify that the sale/distribution on Italian territory (even by foreign companies) without compensation having been paid to Siae is a crime.
